The Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the opening of the first restaurant in the U.S. Virgin Islands of St. Kitts and Nevis. It is the brand's first restaurant in Stitts, Neviis and will also be the first of its kind in North America. It will also be the second largest hotel chain in New York City and the third in Florida. The new restaurant at Hilton St. Louis Hotel & Spa will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the next three months, and will feature a combination of private dining and beverages, as well as a full-service bar and restaurant.
